Every entry has a basis
Each entry records whether it comes from your own experience or an association list, plus your declaration that it is true and backed by records.
Every result carries a disclaimer
Entries are subscriber-reported and not verified by Merci. Name-only matches are always shown as “possible”, never as confirmed.
Reporters stay anonymous
Other subscribers see only how many reported a party, the category and the months — never who reported it, never the remarks.
Never public, never browsable
Party data is not listed, browsed or indexed anywhere. Bulk harvesting is rate-limited and watched.
Listed, and believe it is wrong?
Any listed party can raise a dispute. A person reviews it, the entry is marked disputed meanwhile, and it is removed if it is not supported. Dispute an entry
