He has built two companies from scratch, served over 15,000 clients, and made the rare decision to close a thriving business when he saw the market moving forward. Shivam Raj joined MERCI in 2025 as the second generation of its leadership. He is leading MERCI's brand transformation, its entry into the GCC market, and its repositioning from a respected ERP provider to the enterprise technology partner of choice for India's and the UAE's most ambitious manufacturers.
